This move enables the user to attack first. This move fails if the target is not readying an attack.
Move Description
The user quickly coats the ground in front of it with a sheet of slippery ice so thin that it's almost invisible. Opponents who try to rush in for an attack will slip on the black ice and injure themselves.
Effect
If the target has not selected a damaging move this turn, if the target has already acted this turn, or if the target is Flying, levitating or otherwise airborne, this move will fail.
