Move Description
The user tricks the target into doubting its abilities. Laughing at the target's confusion boosts the user's strength and confidence while it reduces the foe's resolve.
Effect
Raises the user's Special Attack by one stage and lowers the target's Special Defense by one stage. The user's Special Attack will not be raised if the opponent avoids the move. If this move is reflected by Magic Coat or Magic Bounce, the user's Special Defense will be lowered and neither Pokémon's Special Attack will be raised.
