A garden of plants with spicy, invigorating aromas grows for five turns. Charging up and recovering from powerful moves happens quickly.Move Description
The user exudes an aura that accelerates the growth of strange plants around the battlefield. The plants have the same invigorating scent as a Power Herb, causing all Pokémon in battle to brim with energy. Attacks that normally require time to prepare can be performed instantly, and recovering from devastating attacks happens just as quickly.
Effect
For five turns (including this turn), whenever a Pokémon uses a move with the Has charge turn flag (e.g. Fly or Solar Beam), that move's charge turn is skipped and the strike turn happens immediately. Effects that would happen during the charge turn, such as Skull Bash's Defense boost, happen immediately before damage is dealt. Whenever a Pokémon uses a move with the Has recharge turn flag (e.g. Hyper Beam or Rock Wrecker), the user does not have to spend a turn recharging and may attack again on the next turn as normal. If a Pokémon is holding a Power Herb when it uses an attack with the "Has charge turn" or "Has recharge turn" flag the Power Herb will not activate.
