Move Description
The user works itself up and inflates its own ego while at the same time confusing the opponent into misunderstanding its own abilities, boosting its own strength and confidence and reducing the foe's resolve.
Effect
Raises the user's Special Attack by one stage and lowers the target's Special Defense by one stage. The user's Special Attack will not be raised if the opponent avoids the move. If this move is reflected by Magic Coat or Magic Bounce, the user's Special Defense will be lowered and neither Pokémon's Special Attack will be raised.
