New Items
This list details all new (non-canon) items that exist in the Pokémon Turquoise RPG, as well as several canon items that have had their effects modified for one reason or another.
A list of all items available in the RPG and their locations can be found here.
Most of these item sprites are edits of in-game item images, so all credit for the originals goes to Game Freak.

General Items
Miscellaneous items with various purposes.
Crest Fossil
A fossil from a prehistoric Pokémon that once lived on the land. It looks as if it could be part of a crest.
Scientists in Versorecto City can take this fossil and use it to create a Dyrascal. Paleontology students working on Fulgurok Island are currently finding and studying a fair number of of these fossils.
Dream DNA
A mysterious object that has a twisted double-helix shape. It allows a Pokémon to switch between its normal and Hidden Abilities.
Using this item on a Pokémon will switch it between its Hidden Ability and its normal ability (the trainer can choose the normal ability if the Pokémon has two).
Note: Thanks to Chronicler for the sprite.
Festival Tokens
A themed token handed out during a celebration. It's used as a special currency during big festivals in New Logora.
Festival Tokens are a special currency awarded for completing tasks and events during New Logoran legendary festivals. They can be exchanged at the Spectacular FestiShop for various goodies. Many items require tokens from one or more specific festivals, while others can be redeemed using tokens of any type.
Note: Thanks to Chronicler for the sprites.
Honey
A sweet honey with a lush aroma that is especially attractive to rare wild Pokémon.
Honey is a single-use item that reverses the rarities of the wild Pokémon in a location—in other words, making rare Pokémon more common and common Pokémon rarer—for three wild Pokémon encounters. Some wild lists have special conditions; be sure to check an area's Noticeboard thread to see if such conditions apply.
Move Vouchers
A colorful ticket that can be traded in to have a specific move taught to a Pokémon.
A single-use voucher that can be used to teach a Pokémon a single, specific move, which will be identified when the voucher is given out or received. Each type has its own color. Move Vouchers may potentially contain any move, and may be used as single-use distributions of a TM or tutor move, or occasionally to teach a move that is not normally obtainable via machine/tutor at all.
Note: Thanks to Chronicler for the sprites.
Restorative Items
Items that restore lost HP and cure negative status conditions.
N/A
Cro-Cola
A delicious natural-sugar soft drink made and sold in Dia City. It can be used once to heal all the status conditions of a Pokémon.
A specialty soft drink maker in Dia City makes these cane sugar sodas and distributes them in the city's vending machines. The sweet, fizzy drink can instantly revitalize a Pokémon that is feeling unwell, restoring any confusion or major status conditions it may be suffering. Each can has a depiction of an adorable Crocoal mascot.
Note: Thanks to Chronicler for this idea.
Held Items
Pokémon can hold these items and use them during battle.
Berserk Gene
A capsule of mysterious genetic material. It sends the holder into a rage, sharply boosting its Attack but leaving it disoriented.
As soon as the holder enters battle or receives the item in-battle (via Trick, for example) it becomes confused and its Attack rises by two stages; the item is consumed afterward. Pokémon with Own Tempo will not activate either of Berserk Gene's effects when being sent out. A Basculin or Buneary that is traded while holding this item will evolve (into Siamacho or Jackravage, respectively), after which the item will be consumed.
This is a specialty item that is only produced by Connor of Dia City's Fabulous Items 'R' Us. Only by him, only there. It's totally brand new and he totally came up with it just for his store. No, you haven't seen them associated with certain unscrupulous people in Johto somewhere. Stop spreading filthy lies about perfectly honest and aboveboard small businesses.
Note: Despite what Connor may want you to believe, Berserk Gene is a canon item that originally existed in GSC but was removed in subsequent generations. It's still an interesting idea, so it's been brought back for an encore.
Berserk Helm
A strange helmet that alters the wearer's thought patterns, sending it into a wild rage and sharply boosting its Attack but leaving it disoriented.
As soon as the holder enters battle or receives the item in-battle (via Trick, for example) it becomes confused and its Attack rises by two stages. If the confusion is cured, Berserk Helm will not confuse the holder again until it leaves and reenters battle (or loses the item and receives it again). Pokémon with Own Tempo will not activate either of Berserk Helm's effects when being sent out.
Like the Berserk Gene, these can only be bought in Fabulous Items 'R' Us.
Note: Note that this item will not evolve Basculin or Buneary.
Black Jewel
An item to be held by Seviper or Seviron. It is a dark, sparkling stone that boosts the power of Poison-type moves.
When held by Seviper or Seviron, Black Jewel increases the power of Poison-type moves by 30%. A Seviper that is traded while holding this item will evolve into Seviron, after which the item will be consumed.
Brave Bracer
A mysterious armband that causes a certain Pokémon to evolve. It is tattered and worn from use in many battles.
A Quimpy that is traded while holding this item will evolve into Valazman, after which the item will be consumed. (Quimpy can also evolve by leveling up with 171+ Happiness.)
Candy Cane
A minty, sticky-sweet treat that is large enough to be brandished like a club. It's so sticky, in fact, that it might gum up anything you touch it with...
Celebrate's type and effect change if used while this item is held.
Chantirrinite
One of a variety of mysterious Mega Stones. Have Chantirrus hold it, and this stone will enable it to Mega Evolve during battle.
If its trainer has a Key Stone and a Mega Item, Chantirrus can use this in battle to Mega Evolve into Mega Chantirrus.
Confetti
A bag of colorful, glittery confetti that is pretty to look at but might cause a problem if enough of it is blown into someone's eyes...
Celebrate's type and effect change if used while this item is held.
Earthday Cake
The caterer must've misheard "birthday cake", but it's... probably... still made of chocolate. Throwing this delicious(?) treat might make Pokémon slow down to have a snack...
Celebrate's type and effect change if used while this item is held.
Elite Scale
A mysterious scale that causes a certain Pokémon to evolve. It is tough, shiny and sought after by collectors.
A Lamanda that is traded while holding this item will evolve into Marvelisk, after which the item will be consumed. (Lamanda can also evolve by leveling up with 171+ Happiness.)
Exp. Share
An item to be held by a Pokémon. The holder gets a share of a battle's Exp. Points without battling.
If a Pokémon holding this item does not participate in battle, it gains 50% of the experience it would have gained if it had participated in that battle. If it does participate, it gains 100% of the experience as normal.
Note that this is not a key item and does not affect every single Pokémon in the trainer's party.
Firework
A small, reusable incendiary device. It explodes into exciting colors with surprising speed...
Celebrate's type and effect change if used while this item is held.
Fizzy Fun Juice
A bottle of juice for grown-up Pokémon that fizzes and bubbles enticingly. Too much of it can make a Pokémon sick, however...
Celebrate's type and effect change if used while this item is held.
Gloomy Rock
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It extends the duration of the move Eclipse when used by the holder.
If the holder uses Eclipse or has the ability Night Shroud, the total darkness weather's duration will be 8 turns instead of 5.
Jingle Bell
A tiny bell that jingles cheerfully with every movement. It seems to amplify other sounds produced by the user.
A small golden jingle bell of mysterious origin. When held by a Pokémon, Jingle Bell increases the power of that Pokémon's Sound-based moves by 50%.
Note: Thanks to Dazel for the sprite.
Khargonite
One of a variety of mysterious Mega Stones. Have Khargonaut hold it, and this stone will enable it to Mega Evolve during battle.
If its trainer has a Key Stone and a Mega Item, Khargonaut can use this in battle to Mega Evolve into Mega Khargonaut.
Logos Stone
A mystical stone inscribed with Unown-like characters that spell out strange words. Certain species of Pokémon may react to its presence.
Using a Logos Stone on a Xatu, a Galorindle or a Makima will cause it to evolve (into Nahualatu, Galoryph or Makitaku, respectively). When this item is generated, a random stat (from Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed) is selected. From that point on, whenever that Logos Stone is held by any Pokémon other than Unown and that Pokémon is sent out, the selected stat is increased by 30%. When held by an Unown and that Unown is sent into battle, Unown's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed are all increased by 1 level (as though by a move like Ancient Power), regardless of the selected stat.
Party Ball
A round, sparkly sphere that glitters in anticipation of a celebration. If you drop it at just the right time, you might dazzle someone with it...
Celebrate's type and effect change if used while this item is held.
Ramferite
One of a variety of mysterious Mega Stones. Have Ramfere hold it, and this stone will enable it to Mega Evolve during battle.
If its trainer has a Key Stone and a Mega Item, Ramfere can use this in battle to Mega Evolve into Mega Ramfere.
Sage Crystal
A mysterious scale that causes a certain Pokémon to evolve. It glows with a strange, brilliant light.
A Derfin that is traded while holding this item will evolve into Encanoto, after which the item will be consumed. (Derfin can also evolve by leveling up with 171+ Happiness.)
Snow Crown
A mysterious crown that causes a certain Pokémon to evolve. It glitters prettily in the light.
A Cubly that is traded while holding this item will evolve into Arctangel, after which the item will be consumed. (Cubly can also evolve by leveling up with 171+ Happiness.)
Snow Crystal
A glistening crystal of permanently-frozen snow. It freezes Normal-type moves used by the holder.
A beautiful snow crystal of mysterious origin. When held by a Pokémon, Snow Crystal replaces the holder's ability with Refrigerate.
Note: Thanks to Dazel for the sprite.
White Jewel
An item to be held by Zangoose or Zanthera. It is a pale, sparkling stone that boosts the power of Normal-type moves.
When held by Zangoose or Zanthera, White Jewel increases the power of Normal-type moves by 30%. A Zangoose that is traded while holding this item will evolve into Zanthera, after which the item will be consumed.
Poké Balls
Pokémon capture and containment devices.
Faraday Ball
A somewhat different Poké Ball that works especially well on Electric- and Steel-type Pokémon.
A specialty Poké Ball created by DiCadria Enterprises. Has a 4× catch rate when used on an Electric- or Steel-type Pokémon and a 1× catch rate otherwise.
Note: Thanks to Chronicler for the sprite.
Hover Ball
A somewhat different Poké Ball that works especially well on Pokémon that float or fly.
A specialty Poké Ball created by DiCadria Enterprises. Has a 4× catch rate when used on a Flying-type Pokémon, a Pokémon with Levitate or certain other Pokémon that have functional wings* and a 1× catch rate otherwise.
*Beedrill, Venomoth, Celebi, Dustox, Latias, Latios, Giratina, Hydreigon, Volcarona, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Fletchling, Fletchinder, Talonflame, Vivillon, Hawlucha, Noibat, Noivern, Yveltal, Kizziff, Murgaz, Chaszin, Nahualatu. (Note that not all of these Pokémon are actually obtainable in the wild.)
Note: Thanks to Chronicler for the sprite.
Net Ball
A somewhat different Poké Ball that is more effective when attempting to catch Water- or Bug-type Pokémon.
A specialty Poké Ball created by Devon. Has a 4× catch rate when used on a Bug- or Water-type Pokémon and a 1× catch rate otherwise.
Note: The Net Ball's catch rate has been elevated from its canon 3×. Otherwise it becomes obsoleted by the Dusk Ball, which not only has a better catch rate at 3.5× but can take advantage of that better catch rate in a wider range of situations, including battles with Bug- and Water-types (as long as they're at night/in caves).
Solar Ball
A somewhat different Poké Ball that uses solar power to increase its catching ability.
A specialty Poké Ball created by DiCadria Enterprises. Has a 4× catch rate when used during bright sunlight (i.e., when Sunny Day is in effect), a 1× catch rate when used in total darkness (i.e., when Eclipse is in effect), and a 1.5× catch rate otherwise.
Note: Thanks to Chronicler for the sprite.

Note: Thanks to Dazel for the sprite.
Berries
Special fruits that have various effects when fed to a Pokémon.
Snoh Berry
A Berry as cool and crisp as fresh snow. Eating it makes Pokémon very happy.
A small, white Berry of mysterious origin. If fed to a Pokémon outside of battle, it raises that Pokémon's happiness by 10. When held by a Pokémon, Snoh Berry increases the power of that Pokémon's first Ice-type move by 50%, raises its happiness by 10, and then is consumed.
Note: Thanks to Dazel for the sprite.
Key Items
Special, often reusable items that help during exploration, or that need to be given to other characters.
