Arctangel are capable battlers but are horribly spoiled, instead preferring to sit back and charm other Pokémon or even humans into doing what they want. They are vain, fickle and hard to please, but many Pokémon coordinators rush to satisfy their every whim so they will perform well in contests.
Most Pokémon cannot bring themselves to harm these adorable creatures, and Arctangel willingly take advantage of others for as long as they can. If things go wrong they will freeze their enemies with icy attacks and then flee at high speed.

Arctangel is the signature Pokémon of New Logoran Gym Leader Angel. She also uses it in Master Rank Cuteness contests.
