Vaering paddle around in the ocean, occasionally diving after fish but never going very deep. They are not very dangerous, but they will nip and growl and try to act tough when they feel threatened.


Vaering can move through the water efficiently by making a rowing motion with their fins. They frequently paddle after fishing boats in hopes of sneaking away with part of the catch.
